Choosing Nicotine Strength

If your switching from cigarettes then you probably have no idea about the nicotine content of your smokes, so switching to an e-liquid can seem a little daunting at first. All of our eliquids come clearly labelled with nicotine strengths, but it can still be confusing if you don’t know what these levels indicate.

Here’s the different nicotine levels available and what their attributes are:

0mg/ml - 40 PG // 60 VG

Obviously this mean there’s absolutely zero nicotine present in the vape juice. This level of nicotine is especially good if you’ve been gradually been cutting nicotine intake, but you still want to vape some vape liquid on the odd occasion. Throat hit with 0mg is virtually non existent due to lack of nicotine, you can try and replicate this by looking at menthol flavours. The high VG ratio also means you'll create some epic vape clouds, perfect if you enjoy doing smoke tricks.

3mg/ml - 40 PG // 60 VG

One of the lowest nicotine strengths available, 3mg vape liquids are perfect for those who want to create epic vape clouds whilst benefiting from a super smooth throat hit and large vape clouds.

6mg/ml - 45 PG // 55 VG

A low dosage of nicotine, the 6mg level is approximately equal to smoking 10 cigarettes a day. Ideal for those who are preparing to cut out nicotine all together or for very light smokers who want to cut tobacco cigarettes out of their life. The throat hit is moderate, allowing you to get a good pull before blowing out sizable clouds.

12mg/ml - 50 PG // 50 VG

12mg of nicotine is considered to be the medium level of nicotine, roughly the equivalent of smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. This option is suitable for those who still enjoy nicotine, but want to moderately work their way off it. Whilst the throat hit may not be as harsh as a cigarette, the perfect balance between VG and PG makes this the closest way to reproduce cigarette smoke.

18mg/ml - 60 PG // 40 VG

A high dosage of nicotine that’s perfect for the heavy tobacco user, the 18mg is one of the most popular options if you’re a new vape liquid user. The throat hit is much heavier than the rest of the strengths in order to simulate the feeling of a tobacco cigarette.
